  • 2.2 Our services may be scheduled in advance or requested on an as-needed basis, subject to availability.
  • 2.3 We strive to provide safe, comfortable, and reliable transportation to our clients. Our trained professionals and drivers will make all reasonable efforts to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.

3. Eligibility

4. Booking Services

  • 4.1 To book our services, you may contact us through our website, or customer service helpline.
  • 4.2 Bookings are subject to availability and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • 4.3 Ensure that all required information, such as pick-up/drop-off locations, desired date and time, special requests, and any passenger-specific details are provided accurately.

5. Fees and Payments

  • 5.1 Fees for our services will be communicated to you at the time of booking or during the booking confirmation process.
  • 5.2 Payments shall be made in full at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
  • 5.3 We accept various modes of payment, including cash, credit cards, or electronic transfers, subject to our discretion.
  • 5.4 Any modifications to the original booking, additional waiting time, unforeseen circumstances, or additional services requested may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before providing the additional service.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • 6.1 Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be entitled to a full refund.
  • 6.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • 6.3 In case of a no-show or if you are not available for the scheduled pick-up, no refund will be provided.
  • 6.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to mechanical issues or driver unavailability. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative transportation arrangement will be provided, contingent upon our assessment.

7. Client Responsibility

  • 7.1 It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
  • 7.2 Ensure that you are ready at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time.
  • 7.3 Any changes to the booking should be communicated to us at the earliest opportunity.
  • 7.4 You are responsible for your own personal belongings during transportation. Genesis LA Transport will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • 8.1 Clients must understand and agree that Genesis LA Transport will not be held responsible for any unforeseen events or circumstances that may arise from the transportation service.
  • 8.2 In any event, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the transportation service.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed under the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

10. Modifications

Genesis LA Transport reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of this Agreement can be found on our website. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
